$150 for each day workshop (or $250 for a weekend package); with a $50 NRF deposit per workshop before the workshop date and the rest payable 2 weeks before, where-after all fees are NRF, unless the workshop is cancelled.

Evolving 2010 Schedule

♥ Yoga ♥

Small Regular Yoga Plus Classes in the brand new Heart Gate Studio allow for lots of individual assistance and attention to your specific needs, including localized massage and/or energy work to help release/relax tight spots - and more (the Plus J)! Start any time, but if you feel a resonance, register NOW – limited space per class.

♥  Saturdays 2:30-4:00 pm - Very Gentle Yoga Plus - For Absolute Beginners.  Starting 9 Jan.

♥ Mondays 2:30-4:00 pm - Yoga Plus - For All Levels. Starting 11 Jan.

♥ Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 pm - Gentle Yoga Plus - For those with a little experience, or who have taken a break, or feel they need a gentler approach. Starting 20 Jan.

8 Weeks: $180 ($135 for Chakra Explorers). Drop-ins $24 - only if classes do not fill or a registrant is unable to attend – please call ahead. If times don’t work, please contact us, and we can see whether we can schedule another class. Please bring your own mat, blanket and water bottle. Only 2 mats for rent, at $5/class.

Day/Weekend Yoga Retreats for total immersion: 2/3 Apr; 23/24 May.

♥ Sacred Movement ♥

Sunday Workshops:
Introduction to Sacred Movement – 7 Feb or 7 Mar, 10:00-5:00
For those with experience - 21 Feb, 10:00-5:00.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience Sacred Movement a number of times in a safe and supported environment. Please bring a camping mattress, comforter, pillow, journal, pen, and water bottle, and dress comfortably in layers. $150 per workshop; $10 off for each for two friends. Max 6 participants.

Weekly Group Practice:
For the dedicated. Alternate Fridays 4:00-6:00 or 6:00-8:00, starting 22 Jan. $125 for 5 sessions. Drop-in $30 (a soul food meal out for those who are serious about inner work), if there is space - please call ahead.

♥ Energy Work 101 ♥

Sunday Workshops: 17 Jan (Part 1) and 14 Feb (Part 2) 2:00-6:00. $150 for parts 1+2; $10 off for each of two friends. Participants will have the opportunity to experience self-care, giving and receiving and to deepen their experience of their own energy field, what causes loss of energy and what helps us remain Radiant.

♥ Reiki ♥

Level 1 Reiki Workshops. 14 and 21 Mar (Parts 1 and 2). Additional workshops will be scheduled when 4 people have signed up - please enquire. $250, with certification.

♥ Chakra Explorations ♥

Introduction to the Chakras and the Series (3 options):
Saturday 23 10:00-1:00 or Monday 25 Jan, 10:00-1:00 or 6:00-9:00. $35; or $30 each for 2 friends, payable in advance – upon registration for the series this becomes $25 and $20.

The 15 Week Series (4 options):
Saturdays starting 30 Jan; Mondays starting 1 Feb 10:00-1:00 or 6:00-9:00 either day.  Full series $650; $600 each for 2 friends; $500 for past CAW participants (who set the fees based on what they felt they had gained) due before or on 11 Jan – can be spilt into a $200 deposit and 2, 3 or more post-dated cheques.  Also available as modules (Grounding, Relationship, Life Purpose, etc) – attending only sessions that particularly resonate - please enquire.  And/or by correspondence (although you will be missing out on the experiential and group work in class that are particularly beneficial).  $72/module.  FMI about modules, please contact us.

Yoga Tuition, Massage and/or Energy Work or Consultations. By Appointment. 2 hr, 90 min or 1 hr at $60/hr. A 24 hr cancellation policy applies. Missed appointments will be billed.
