$150 for each day workshop (or $250 for a weekend package); with a $50 NRF deposit per workshop before the workshop date and the rest payable 2 weeks before, where-after all fees are NRF, unless the workshop is cancelled.

Saturday 1 May – an Auspicious Day!!!

A Day for Africa and World Labyrinth Day

As part of the Saturday 1st of May A Day for Africa Fund Raiser for the Stephen Lewis Foundation (that does wonderful work in the Aids Awareness field in Africa), two “Yoga for Africa” classes will be offered at The Heart Gate, 1942 Bates Road (Seal Bay), Courtenay, BC on the day. The classes will be by donation and those who donate $20 or more will receive a tax receipt from the ADFA Foundation www.adayforafricafoundation.com

• 2:30-4:00 pm Gentle Yoga; and
• 11:00-12:30 Super-Slow, Super-Slow Sacred Movement Yoga - similar to Kripalu Meditation in Motion (NEW)

Space is limited, so please call or e-mail to reserve a space (at least 4 hrs before, preferably 24).

As the 1st of May is also World Labyrinth Day, participants are welcome linger longer in the beautiful gardens and walk the Heart Gate Labyrinth afterward – also by donation. The Labyrinth is also available for walks, by appointment, and Labyrinth Workshops are presented from time to time.

Small Regular Yoga Plus Classes in the brand new Heart Gate Studio allow for lots of individual assistance and attention to your specific needs, may include localized massage and/or energy work to help release/relax tight spots - and other self-help tools (the Plus J)!

♥ Saturdays 2:30-4:00 pm - Starting again on 1 May with a special by donation to raise funds for the A Day For Africa Foundation (see above). No class 15 May as Christina will be presenting Palliative Massage at the BC Hospice and Palliative Care Conference.

For the dedicated. Alternate Fridays 4:00-6:00 or 6:00-8:00, ongoing. Prices as for yoga. Please call at least 4, preferably 24 hrs, ahead.

♥ Energy Work 101 ♥

Workshop Participants or those who request Private Tuition will have the opportunity to experience seeing auras, and feeling and managing their own energy field, practice self-care techniques and have the opportunity to give and receive simple treatments. And a thorough understanding of what causes loss of energy and what helps us remain Radiant. Please enquire about dates.

♥ Reiki ♥

Level 1 Reiki Workshops. Workshops will be scheduled when 4 people have signed up - please enquire. $250, with certification.

♥ Chakra Explorations ♥

A New Series will start in the Fall – please enquire.

Introduction to the Chakras and the Series:
Participants will gain a clear understanding of the chakras and an indication of which of their chakras need the most attention. $35; or $30 each for 2 friends, payable in advance – upon registration for the series this becomes $25 and $20.

The 10 Week Series:
Participants will explore one chakra a week in depth and gain many tools for balancing their energy system and thus their life. Full series $650; $600 each for 2 friends; $500 for past CAW participants (who set the fees based on what they felt they had gained) due 2 weeks before the start – and can be spilt into a $200 deposit and 2, 3 or more post-dated cheques. Also available as modules (Grounding, Relationship, Life Purpose, etc) – attending only sessions that particularly resonate - please enquire. And/or by correspondence (although you will be missing out on the experiential and group work in class that are particularly beneficial). $80/module. FMI about modules, please contact us.

Yoga Tuition, Massage and/or Energy Work or Consultations. By Appointment. 2 hr, 90 min or 1 hr at $60/hr (including intake and integration). A 24 hr cancellation policy applies. Missed appointments will be billed.
